2.1. Script Issues: If you encounter technical problems with the script(s) you purchased, you must submit a refund request within 3 days from the date of purchase.

2.2. Unauthorized Purchases: If you suspect unauthorized purchases, you must notify us within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] of the purchase date.

3.1. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for purchases due to change of mind or if you no longer wish to use the script(s) you bought.

3.2. Script Compatibility: Before making a purchase, it is your responsibility to ensure that the script(s) you are buying are compatible with your FiveM server and its specifications. Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues.

3.3. Ban or Punishment: We are not responsible for any bans, punishments, or damages that may occur as a result of using our scripts. We strongly advise users to comply with FiveM's terms of service and use scripts responsibly.

4.1. To request a refund, please contact our support team at the Discord Server. Provide the following details: -
Recipe Number - Date of Purchase - Reason for Refund Request - Evidence of Technical Issues (if applicable)

4.2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with a decision on your refund.

4.3. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.

  1. Script Removal:

5.1. In case of a refund approval, you are obligated to remove the script(s) from your FiveM server immediately as well as your key to that asset will be removed from authorization.

  1. Modifications to the Refund Policy:

6.1. O5M Scripts reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the refund policy will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website.
